There's Room For Another Good Entertainer!
We frequently hear the comment, "I didn't know that Blue Sky Atlanta Music & Entertainment represented DJs and Magicians, too!" People simply do not realize how enormous the disc jockey, or rather DJ market really is. So, it is not a segment of the event we ignore. To me and with my personal entertainment background, I believe that there is nothing like a "live", tight four-piece rhythm section and add some great vocals to a party guests up and dancing. Great DJs are a must for some people.
As talent representatives, we have no bias toward a band over a DJ. Each has it's place and it is always a subjective issue with our clients and so we like to be completely impartial. It's our pleasure to assist our clients with either one they are interested in using for their event. And, there is always "room for another good one." What we look for are people to represent who have that "6th sense" when working special events for our clients parties.
Of course, because of the internet, it is now quite easy to amass large volumes of music selections by anyone. However, the real deal are the Wedding DJs, for example, who take their job to the next level and tune in attentively to our client's needs and have the music right at hand at just the right time during the planned event. Then it comes down to great equipment, backup and the DJ's desire to please and the innate ability to arrive early ready and be prepared to stay late.
